I feel, like I’m moving back into a better routine these days. I’m eating better, getting to bed at a decent time, and actually did a little bit of real work yesterday. I think, I will make it official, and go for at least another 30 days of no chocolate, no junk food, no treat eating. Actually, a little bit longer then that, as I plan on taking it up to the finals night for league. And, I plan for my team, to be making it into finals as well. That would be cool. Especially cool, if it’s Kyles team that makes it there as well. They unfortunately, have to get past the FitnessForum team on their home court at FitnessForum. That would be a tough go for them, but they could do it. They just have to win one of the bottom positions, like Rob Petits position. If he can win for them, then their top 3 have a pretty good chance of winning at least 2 out of 3 of their positions. It would be a great matchup, if we can both play each other in the finals. Our tough go though, will be playing the AthleticClub team triple shot in the semis. That is, of course assuming they manage to beat their other AthleticClub team, which they couldn’t seem to do the last time they played them. That would be ok I think, since we did better against their other team, then we did against the older TripleShot team. Of course, we still have to get through our quarter finals match, against Andrew Kays team, which is not that bad of a team either. They can play pretty well when they have to. They have Keith, Bruce, and Jamie Greehough. Plus, Jamie Pieterman in the 4th spot. They’re not a push over by any stretch. We’ll have a tough match against them to get through to the semis. We should win, but you know how the saying goes, that on any give night, any team can win. And, that’s definitely the case with these guys. And, there’s no home court advantage with these guys. We’re both goodlife teams. Should be an interesting playoffs. And, all the more reason for me to drop another 10 pounds before the finals. Would be great actually, if I could drop those ten pounds before the 27th. Which is only 22 days away as I write this, and probably a pretty tough goal to achieve. Not impossible, but likely pretty tough. I do, need to hit all my workouts going forward though. That includes my FitFix weight workout, and my yoga workouts. If I do all those, and keep eating well, and that includes eating enough food to recover, then I should be in great shape. That actually gives me another 4 yoga workouts, and 3 more FitFix workouts. Plus, as many squash games as it takes for me to step things up. I should revisit my videos playing mark, and pick apart a few things. Or, at least find a few simple things for me to stop doing that I’m not doing right. Anything, that could fix my backhand would be very helpful. Maybe, showing Derek my videos would be a good idea. He’s pretty good at picking tech stuff out I think. Not sure though. He certainly understands the tech stuff, not sure if he can explain it as well as Andrew used to do. It may not be a bad idea. Just one lesson would probably give me enough stuff to work out. One simple thing to fix, that’s not going to screw up my entire game till after this season is done. Hmm, will have to give that some thought. Maybe talk to Derek about it. I would really like to fix my atrocious back hand. Well, the big question for the day, really is what are you going to get done in the realm of writing. I need to get that story a bit better edited, and organized. Once I get it properly broken down into scenes, fix the spelling, and make sure there’s enough decent content, I think I will need to look at the overall structure. Need to go back and reread that 7point story structure approach. The one with the “pinch” things in it. Just to make sure the overall story arc is appropriately interesting enough for my readers. Then, get it to editing, start to work on a cover, and get working on the next opus.
