Well, getting closer to that 100 day streak with my morning journal, which is kinda cool. I actually have more words written in my morning journals, then I do for my novel. Which is not as cool as it could be. I would rather it be the other way around, but that’s just the way it is at the moment. That’s something I definitely need to work on. If I can get my writen daily word count up to something greater then 5K words per day, then that disparity will disappear in a heart beat. But, I’m just not there yet. Even just 5K per day, would be pretty cool, but the 10K per day would be even better. Maybe, if I have a decent outline to work from, then I could make that happen. That is what I’m giong to do for the next book. As soon as this one is finished. What I really need to do though, is to finish this one. Maybe it’s bigger then I should have attempted for the first one. Maybe, I should have just gotten something smaller, and gotten into the game a bit sooner, but it’s a bit too late for that. It’s written, (mostly), and I need to get it edited, structured a bit better, and give it an ending that people will love, and make them want to buy the next book in the series. That’s the key to all this. A free first book, a 99c second book, and then a 3.99 final book. That would be pretty good. Or maybe a 2.99 final book. Actually, you probably want more books in the series. Like 5 or 6, or maybe even more. Or start on a second series, once the first 6 of this are done. Although, my outline seems to easily support having 6 books. I think. Not sure, will have to go back and see the larger outline again. But, getting back to my health stuff. I feel, like my weight is severely plateaued, or maybe even going up a bit. Which really doesn’t make much sense at all for me. Since, I’ve been eating really well for the last 10 plus days now. Could just be a stage I’m going through, but I still believe, that I have to stick with it. I am feeling pretty good overall though. That’s for sure. Not a lot of bouts of tiger blood, which is unfortunate. I was thinking yesterday, playing squash with mark, that I really need to be able to time my bouts of tiger blood (super energetic), with the times that I play squash. That would be nice. To be able to have those super excited, moments, when I want them. The trick I think, is to track them. I think, I’ll start tracking my tiger blood episodes in my journal meta data here. That would be interesting. Then, I could see what other factors come into play, that influence the tiger blood to show up. I think, it has to do both mentally and physically. I could track other emotional states as well. That would be pretty good for my meta data. Not sure, what states to depressed. Maybe, an overall mental feeling, like happy, neutral, depressed, or whatever emotion could come to mind, that would summarize the day and how you felt. Then, you could draw even more conclusions from what you do, and how it relates to your emotions. Yea, gonna have to think about that a bit, but I think I’ll add two new meta data items to track. “Daily Mood”, and “Tiger Blood”. I can always change them later. I have squash again today with Mark,and maybe Devan, if he’s not too hung over to play. Mark played pretty good yesterday. I was less then inspired, except for the second game, which I managed to control pretty well somehow. He’s moving really well, and hitting the ball quite well. I’ll have to keep an extra close eye on him today I think. And, maintain your focus. Assume, he’s going to get to every shot you hit. And be aware, that he’s going to take some balls earlier and attack more then he usually does. He was doing that yesterday as well. Oh, and don’t always just hit it down the left wall. You caught him cheating left once yesterday, when you crossed from the left to the right. Make sure it’s a strong shot, and you have good position to do it. You don’t want a weak shot to the right, as his forehand is quite good.
